Cranberry Sauce is a must at this time of year. Not only as a condiment for your Christmas Dinner but it can also be used in canapes – such as my Brie and Cranberry Parcels, or on a cheese board. This is a quick and easy recipe to make your own Cranberry Sauce, impress your family and friends with it!
Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients (Makes 1 large Jar)
250g Fresh Cranberries (Frozen are fine too)
100ml Orange Juice
100g Brown Sugar
Method

Sterilise a Jam Jar in preparation of the sauce to be made

Rinse the cranberries in water and put in a saucepan

Add in the Orange Juice and the Sugar

Bring the pan to the boil and then simmer for around 10mins or until the cranberries have all popped and softened

Pour the sauce into the prepared jar, seal the lid tightly and leave to cool before storing

This sauce can be kept in the fridge for about 2 weeks
